I am offering here a very nice Eastlake Style Setee which is in overall good shape but in need of a little TLC.  It measures 47-1/2" Wide and 37" Tall.  The seat is 15" off the floor and the seat is 21-1/2" deep.  There are no tears or stains; however the trim is coming off in a couple of spots.  See the picture.  Nice hand carved walnut. This is for pickup only.
