  This item ships Small Parcel, which means it will be delivered by UPS, FEDEX, DHL or USPS. Several shipping upgrade options are available at an additional charge; you may select your shipping upgrade during checkout if desired.
  
  We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required."   Return Policy

  We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

  If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just call the toll-free phone number in the order receipt you will receive to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.

  Most of our products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes a few weeks.

  
  In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you.
