On the auction block today we have placed for your consideration a
VINTAGE OCCUPIED JAPAN FOILED WREATH DECORATION.
Yes, it is hard to believe but the holiday season is quickly approaching and before you know it, Christmas will be here. We have been scouring the estate sales over the summer and have gathered a treasure trove of vintage Christmas items. We will be listing heavily in the weeks to come, so please check back with us often and if there is something in particular you are collecting, just drop me a note and if I have the item I will try to get it on the auction block for your bidding pleasure. This particular auction is for a vintage Occupied Japan Papier Mache decoration. The top features either a wreath that is made of papier mache and is covered with a light weight silver foiling. From the top part there are strands of mercury glass beads and then at the bottom there are little papier mache/foil bells. The top part is also accented a cluster of mercury glass beads and a little ribbon. I do have more of these that are a little different listed on separate auctions.
