All missing or physically damaged in the shipment must be notified to the seller via the return request below within 5 days after receiving the product (Please using the eBay item number as the reference). We will NOT exchange/replace any defected products that have been notified later than 5 days after receiving the product.

Product Condition: Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange. Buyer is responsible for the postage when returning the item to us, and we are responsible for the shipping charges for exchange products.
