Ebay has instituted a new policy regarding their five star ratings that are part of their feedback system. Anything below five stars is considered failing and is subject to harsh punishments by ebay. Normally you would think that 4 stars out of 5 is a good rating but according to ebay it is failing and sellers are subject to temporary seizure of funds, lower results in searches and an assortment of other harsh penalties. Ebay can and does implement this. If you feel that you cannot honestly give a full five stars in all categories, please write me instead and give me the opportunity to address the issue.
