Laptop will ship to you by USPS Priority Mail exactly as described and includes everything listed above. Buyer agrees that they have read and agree to the following auction terms:

Payment accepted through PayPal using a "confirmed" PayPal shipping address. PayPal payments using a "unconfirmed" PayPal shipping address have been blocked. You must have a Credit/Debit Card on file with PayPal in order to have a "Confirmed" PayPal shipping address.

eBay's winning bidder notification e-mail will be sent to your registered eBay e-mail address. If you've changed your e-mail address or no longer receive e-mail at your current eBay registered e-mail address, please update your e-mail address before using the Buy-it-Now purchase option, otherwise, you will not receive either eBay's winning bidder notification e-mail or e-mail communication from us. 

Item will be shipped to the "confirmed" PayPal U.S. shipping address of U.S. Buyers only by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Please allow five to seven business days to receive your item after our receipt of your payment. Please update your "confirmed" PayPal shipping address before you complete your payment.

For the protection of both the buyer and seller against fraudulent purchases, buyer agrees that requests to ship to third-party addresses (friend, relative, gift, office, new address) or "unconfirmed" PayPal shipping addresses cannot be honored. Buyer agrees that their PayPal confirmed shipping address has been updated to reflect their correct shipping address before purchasing.

Buyer agrees there will be an additional shipping charge which must be paid prior to re-shipping the item if returned to us by USPS as "unclaimed" (the tracking information shows that a notice was left and the item wasn't picked-up) "undeliverable as addressed" (because the buyer didn't check or update their PayPal or Credit Card billing address prior to payment) "refused", "returned for refund" or if we determine that the item was returned by the buyer during the warranty period for non-warranty repair issues.

Buyer agrees to either check the tracking information at the USPS web-site (http://www.usps.com/) or contact us for the tracking status if they have not received the item after seven business days. Buyer agrees that "all sales are final" and that no refunds/charge-backs for "item not received" will be approved for items returned as "unclaimed", "undeliverable as addressed" or "refused".

All of our Laptops are backed by a 30 Days Parts & Labor Hardware Warranty (except battery). We Service what we Sell. Extended Warranty Plans are available and details will be sent after your purchase. Buyer agrees that the battery is included for model reference number only and is not covered by the replacement warranty. Buyer agrees that Driver, Software, Upgrade, Cosmetic or add-on device compatibility issues are not defective hardware issues and are not covered under the warranty.

Buyer agrees that Ozarks PC is the only authorized agent for all repairs or diagnostic service of the laptop under the warranty. Buyer agrees that any repairs, attempted repairs or diagnoses by the buyer or any third-party (friend, electronics store, etc.) without receiving prior instructions or authorization by Ozarks PC, is not covered by the warranty and will void the thirty-day warranty.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping and we'll cover the cost to return items (received for covered warranty repair issues) back to the buyer. Warranty issues must be reported within the warranty period.

You should received this item in excellent operating condition. Buyer agrees that items received that are found not to be functioning properly shall be considered a "warranty" repair issue and not a "defective" or "item not as described" issue. The item should be returned for repair under the warranty. Buyer agrees to insure items returned for warranty repair for the full purchase price and that refunds for items returned damaged will be handled through the shipper. We cannot repair/refund items returned damaged.

Buyer agrees that the term "Internet Ready" simply means that the item is equipped with a device (modem/ethernet) and installed software (Internet Explorer) for connection to the internet using your ISP (Internet Service Provider). It does not mean that the item ships with or is compatible with other connection devices or software not specifically listed in the auction item description. Ozarks PC does not guarantee that this device is suitable for your intended use, application or device.

We clearly list the system specifications (processor speed, hard drive, memory size) so that the novice computer buyer can make an informed purchase decision based on the minimum system requirements of the applications/add-on devices the buyer wishes to use with the laptop. Buyer agrees it is their responsibility to educate themselves or ask questions to determine if this item meets their requirements before bidding/purchasing.

Buyer agrees that all sales are final and returns are only accepted within 30 days for hardware warranty repair. Buyers agrees that warranty repair/replacement (at our option) is the only remedy under the warranty. Buyer agrees No Refunds/Exchanges will be given in lieu of repair/replacement. Buyer agrees that "all sales are final" means that no refunds/charge-backs will be approved for returned/non-returned items or for any reason. Shipping and/or return shipping fee is non-refundable.

We greatly appreciate your bid on our items, but please be aware that bids on multiple items may result in multiple auction wins (i.e. You bid on several of our items with the hope of winning at least one auction or you bid on one of our items and then see another item you like better). While this information is not meant to discourage bidding on multiple items, please be aware that the buyer will be expected to pay for each auction win.
