This is a classic Vintage Woman's Cartier Vermeil Swiss Tank Watch with an ivory dial and black Roman numerals. This beautiful Tank Quartz piece of fashion history has blue sword hands and a blue cabochon crown.   A great piece of quality jewelry. New water resistant black embossed leather band. New battery.
