We only accept payment through PayPal. You may pay with your credit card through PayPal or use your PayPal account.
All in-state residents within Minnesota will be charged state sales tax of 6.875% at the time of checkout.
Payment must be received within 5 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 5 days, the auction may be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
Packages are usually shipped with 48 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday/Holidays)
Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS (and in some cases are shipped by freight).
If you are local to our area, you can pick-up your item during our normal business hours. You will still need to pay in advance via PayPal prior to pick-up or cash at pick-up time. We will remove the shipping charge from your invoice if you inform us that you are picking it up. Please note that 6.875% MN state tax will be added to all invoices of items that are picked up - due to state law.
Winning bidder is responsible for shipping charges. We reserve the right to choose a carrier.
Combined shipping is available on certain items. Please contact us before paying for an auction if you want us to combine shipping. If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.
We INCLUDE INSURANCE for all of our listings. Insurance is included as part of the overall shipping cost calculation for Domestic shipments.
International Buyers – Please Note:
· Contact us for SHIPPING QUOTE. THE eBay calculator sometimes calculates VERY HIGH, and your actual cost could be less.
· Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
· Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
· These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
· We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

If you feel the item was significantly misrepresented by us (per eBay's policies), we will offer a return/refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is at your expense. Please contact us immediately if there is a concern, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
If the item is lost or broken during shipping we will submit an insurance claim for you and reimburse your money in a timely manner via PayPal.
