Dry Tennis Line Marker circa 1920 with Original Attached Tag & Instructions.

Metal marker folds and is painted a Silver Gray color.

Length 40 & 1/2 inches, Folded length 24 inches, Wheel is approximately 9 inches in diameter and 2 & 1/4 inches wide.

Attached tag is marked on both sides and readable. Paper tag is approximately 6 by 3 & 1/2 inches and states: DRY TENNIS MARKER, Opposite side states: Use marble dust or slacked lime (well pulverized ) in this marker. Marble dust is preferable, but more expensive. Slacked lime must be well pulverized before using. Lime can only be “slacked” by thorough exposure to air in a dry temperature.

Condition Notes: Very Good to Excellent as found condition with minor paint loss, scratches and minor surface rust. Unfolds for proper use and wheel turns freely. Side fill has pivoting cover.
