This is from the first year of the American Standard series.
It has new 6105 frets, and a nice set-up with .10s. The original pickups were replaced with Texas Specials back in 1995 or so. There is one notable ding, and a cigarette burn on the headstock (refer to the photos)
This guitar has been gigged with, so it's not perfectly new looking, but it's not all beat up either. The pictures pretty much tell the story, although the little scratches in the photos don't really show up in real life. The guitar is blue, but looks a bit more green than the photos show. The original molded plastic case fell apart years ago, but it comes with a nice tweed case which was purchased in the late '90s.
It's a really good sounding, good looking, workhorse of a guitar, and with the new frets, it's ready for many more years of faithful service.
