Published by Marvel in 1966, this Silver Age title is a nice, flat, solid VG+ copy with clean interior pages and everything attached and intact. Interior art features Bill Everett on the inks of the Sub-Mariner story and John Buscema pencillling the Hulk tale.  Nice stuff.  Winner pays $3.99 s&h but can save on combined shipping for multiple wins.
