This is the best double pump you can get without spending hundreds of dollars on a Medela, and most people probably wouldn't notice a difference.  Used for only one month, we're only getting rid of it because our baby has to switched to formula.  This is a great pump! No complaints whatsoever.  The variable speed settings were nice.  Originally purchased for $70 in the store, so this is a bargain.

It has a carrying case, two separate pumps, inserts to accomodate different sized breasts, milk storage bottles, and all the accessories.  We cleaned and sterilized all the components, but suggest you do it again upon receiving it.  Cleaning is very easy.  Just dip all the components (except the pump and AC adapter) in boiling water for 30 seconds or so.
