- (EU/UK) for Europe customers, we will preloaded both East & West Europe

- We don't ship to: China, HongKong, Philippine, Africa, Honduras, Indonesia, Italy, Argentina, turkey, belgium etc. Please do not bid if your shipping address is in the mentioned countries, otherwise we will cancel the bid.
- The shipment usually takes 7-15 working days(AU/US/UK/CA).
- For Spain, Russia and some other countries, items will take longer time to arrive due to Customs clearance period, sometimes it will also be delayed to 20-25 working days for Post Jam.

Returns & Refunds

- Return postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for return item(s).
- Return/exchange shipment, we will provide free after sales service maintenance in regard of "quality problem" only (refund or exchange). However, as if the returned item was not a problem of quality, freight charges will be deducted from the total refund.
