Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for return is submitted in form of email to us within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT had any serial number removed or defected.

If Item is defective and not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 14 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a RMA.
