This is a Century Fold N Go Century Elan Care Center.

 

This is a great portable play pen that also includes a bassinett and changing table.  It is in Excelant condition.  open it mesures 40 x 28 x 30 and completely closed for travel it is a mear 10" square and 30 tall.  We really loved how usefull this item was when we had to get the kids up off the floor.
