is in very good condition for it's age.
Not particularly brittle ~ and with only
one noticeable tear (see last photo).

A: Yes, all of our items are available for pick up at our Anaheim warehouse. We do not charge a pick up fee and you will also save on the shipping costs.

A: Our things come from complete estate purchases and bulk unclaimed storage purchases. We obviously can't talk to the previous owner about the items we purchase, so we know nothing about the item's past history.
