ANIMATION CEL TOM AND JERRY WITH TOM AND BUTCH WARNER B.  The cel is a multi cel setup. It has the original background with Butch telling Tom going up. 1 cel has Butch, 1 has Tom and 1 has Tom's arm holding a bone. The background shows a elevator which has RIDE THE BALL 50 STORIES UP. The size is 8 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide. The frame size is 17 inches wide and 13 inches high. Very cute cel.
