SERVICE OPTIONS Everprint International is committed to keeping your printers printing forever. We understand how frustrating it can be to try and fix a printer yourself. To help customers, we offer four options for the maintenance of your printer. We strongly recommend that you utilize one of the following options before attempting to buy a replacement part on your own. DIAGNOSTICS Don't guess what the problem is. Many get stuck in a vicious cycle of buying a part, finding out that the problem is not fixed, returning the part, and buying another part. Avoid the unnecessary shipping costs, processing fees, and restocking fees. Our Diagnostics Service is an efficient and cost-effective method of helping you find the real source of your printer problem. Simultaneous access to phone and Internet will be used. Diagnostics Fee is based on a per-minute rate. INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION Many problems are caused by improper installation of a part. Improper installation can damage a part or adversely affect the operation of other parts in the printer. Avoid this common problem with professional installation instruction. Simultaneous access to phone and internet will be used. Installation Instruction Fee is based on a per-minute rate. TRAINING Do you want an overview of how your printer works? Do you want to be able to fix your printer yourself? For the Do-It-Yourself customer, the instructor-led course provides a wide range of skills and knowledge. It focuses on hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly, calibration, usage and troubleshooting tips and tricks. Training is available in person by appointment and at a flat rate. DELIVERY SCHEDULE We deliver to the Continental USA and all countries across the globe. Carriers include UPS, DHL, Fedex and the US Post Office. With these services you can expect to RECEIVE your order fast and at the least expense. DROP SHIPMENTS This is available to customers with approved credit terms, prepayment, paypal or credit cards. There is no additional charge for this service; however, these orders require a hardcopy P.O. faxed to us with the delivery information on it as an authorization to do so. BACKORDERS We stock what we catalog. If our inventory is depleted on an item, we will backorder it and ship it as soon as it is available. PRODUCT GUARANTEE We must be notified of any product defect within 10 business days following ship date. Defective products must be returned in the original cartons with all pieces, packing materials, and manuals. If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced immediately. RESTOCKING FEE Any good-item return will be subject to a 25% or $25 (which ever is greater) restocking fee. Products returned as defective will be tested; if our technicians determine it is not defective, the customer will be notified to take it back at the customer's expense. RETURNS Please contact an Everprint Service Representative to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer RMA # is valid for 10 business days from the date issued. Package Tracking Orders will be processed 2-3 days after payment is secured. Tracking info will be available after 4 days.
