After a FREE initial estimate/consultation (via e-mail correspondence), we offer walk-in or Send-in service for products under or out of HP warranty.

All service is performed at our Everprint facility by our own technicians. This reduces overhead fees, and the savings is passed on to our customer.

SERVICE OPTIONS
Everprint International is committed to keeping your printers printing forever. We understand how frustrating it can be to try and fix a printer yourself. To help customers, we offer four options for the maintenance of your printer. We strongly recommend that you utilize one of the following options before attempting to buy a replacement part on your own.

DIAGNOSTICS
Don't guess what the problem is. Many get stuck in a vicious cycle of buying a part, finding out that the problem is not fixed, returning the part, and buying another part. Avoid the unnecessary shipping costs, processing fees, and restocking fees. Our Diagnostics Service is an efficient and cost-effective method of helping you find the real source of your printer problem. Simultaneous access to phone and Internet will be used. Diagnostics Fee is based on a per-minute rate.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
Many problems are caused by improper installation of a part. Improper installation can damage a part or adversely affect the operation of other parts in the printer. Avoid this common problem with professional installation instruction. Simultaneous access to phone and internet will be used. Installation Instruction Fee is based on a per-minute rate.

TRAINING
Do you want an overview of how your printer works? Do you want to be able to fix your printer yourself? For the Do-It-Yourself customer, the instructor-led course provides a wide range of skills and knowledge. It focuses on hands-on experience in disassembly and assembly, calibration, usage and troubleshooting tips and tricks. Training is available in person by appointment and at a flat rate.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE
We deliver to the Continental USA and all countries across the globe. Carriers include UPS, DHL, Fedex and the US Post Office. With these services you can expect to RECEIVE your order fast and at the least expense.

DROP SHIPMENTS
This is available to customers with approved credit terms, prepayment, paypal or credit cards. There is no additional charge for this service; however, these orders require a hardcopy P.O. faxed to us with the delivery information on it as an authorization to do so.

BACKORDERS
We stock what we catalog. If our inventory is depleted on an item, we will backorder it and ship it as soon as it is available.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
We must be notified of any product defect within 10 business days following ship date. Defective products must be returned in the original cartons with all pieces, packing materials, and manuals. If a product proves to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced immediately.

RESTOCKING FEE
Any good-item return will be subject to a 25% or $25 (which ever is greater) restocking fee. Products returned as defective will be tested; if our technicians determine it is not defective, the customer will be notified to take it back at the customer's expense.

RETURNS
Please contact an Everprint Service Representative to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. The Customer RMA # is valid for 10 business days from the date issued.

Package Tracking
Orders will be processed 2-3 days after payment is secured. Tracking info will be available after 4 days.

ALL ORDERS SHIP SAME DAY
If for some reason your phone order does not ship on the same day as placed, you will be notified.

 

RMA Policy

Return Merchandise Authorization

 

At Everprint, all outcomes of any returned product are subject to our diagnosis.

All returns, for whatever reason, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Buyer pays all freight for warranty and refund claims. Seller will only refund the amount buyer pays in the auction. Any damages caused by the buyer or in the return process will not be refunded 100%, when it happens, it is the seller's sole decision to make a partial refund or no refund at all.

Freight Damage Claims: Inspect the package to see if there is any damage to the item. Report to UPS and seller immediately. Refund or replacement will be sent once a UPS claim number is issued.

If you choose to return a product, please contact our Service Department to obtain an RMA number within 10 business days of product delivery. The customer's RMA number is valid for 10 business days from date issued, and the product must be returned to us within that time. Buyer pays for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All products must be returned in the original cartons with all original pieces, packing materials, and manuals with no markings on the box. Customers are required to document proper packing care when packaging the product, or we reserve the right to claim damaged shipping due to customer's improper packing care.

Everprint will test every returned product to diagnose the product condition. If we determine the product has no defect, or damaged due to customer's improper installation or operation outside of normal wear and tear, the customer will be notified to take the product back at the customer's shipping expense; no other option is accepted. All warranty, and eligibility to return is voided immediately if any sticker marked "warranty void if removed" is tampered or removed, subject to our diagnosis.
If a product proves to be defective, it will be replaced right away. If you need an immediate replacement before testing, a new purchase order will be required, and we will credit back to you the original invoice price minusthe shipping cost.

Everprint International is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred in transit, nor for misuse, mishandling or accidental damage (including improper installation/connection) of the product by the customer. For particular parts purchased from Everprint International, we are also not responsible for damage to the part or the printer caused by defective elements external to that particular part.

Manuals, consumable items (e.g., printer head, ink/toner cartridge, fuser assembly), and special order items are not refundable.

Any canceled order will be charged 25% or $25 restocking fee, whichever is greater.
