1. FOXFURY standard Warranty is One Year (some models will vary).

This EXCLUDES any issues arising from use, abuse or general wear and tear.

a. Customers are to contact FOXFURY’s Warranty Department (at 760-945-4231 or
custserv@foxfury.com) to handle all warranty/repair-related items.
i. Customer will be required to show proof of purchase (no exceptions).
ii. FOXFURY will deal directly with the Customer, and without the Dealer’s involvement.
iii. NOTE: Please understand the difference between a customer returning an item which they don’t want, and a warranty claim.
