We ship world-wide, however international customers must ensure plants/seeds are not prohibited, invasive, or otherwise restricted in their respective country before purchasing. We can not reimburse for items which do not clear your local customs.

CONDITION: All plant items are fresh, properly stored and free from disease. Germination, rooting and plant care are subject to many factors (your climate. light, moisture, soil, humidity, skill of the grower, etc.). These factors are beyond our control and all seeds, plants and cuttings are supplied on this basis.
RESTRICTIONS: All plant items are legal and unrestricted in Mississippi, USA. Buyers must adhere to their local state/country rules and restrictions. By bidding on or purchasing items, buyers signify they have verified these items are legal and unrestricted at their location. We will not refund money for items held, confiscated or destroyed by local customs authorities.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 3 days of purchase or invoice.
MULTIPLE ITEMS: Where possible, we combine items for shipment.
SHIPMENTS: We ship via US Postal Service Mon-Sat. Live plants are shipped via Priority Mail Mon-Wed and via Express Mail Mon-Sat.
SHIPPING COSTS: PayPal customers - We refund whole-dollar unused postage once your item is mailed. If the amount paid does not cover postage, we will notify you and request additional postage.
CONTACT US: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. We try to be as accurate as possible, but sometimes we make mistakes.
