Long sleeve shirt with cream and very dark maroon (almost brown) horizontal bands.

There is a patch appliqued on the left with all the Polo insignia. (381 Bleeker, Polo R.L. Company, 1967 N.Y.C.)

A helmet is embroidered on the right side with PRL embroidered under the helmet.
