We require payment within 7 calendar days. After 7 days we will void the sale, re-sell the item, and file with eBay to recoup our eBay fees. Sorry, but we need to get paid timely!

International customers paying via credit card directly: For your protection and ours, we manually review all international orders prior to finalizing your payment, and you may initially receive a credit card declination notice. This review process occurs within 1 business day of you placing your order. We will contact you via email after your payment has cleared. Please do not process your payment multiple times in effort to get your payment through!

We stand behind everything that we sell and will do everything possible to assure you are satisfied.

When you receive your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to make you happy. If you still want to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us and we will refund your original purchase price less (a) the original shipping charge, and (b) a handling fee of $15 or 10% (which ever is greater). We must be notified of the intent to return your item within 3 days of receiving the item, and the original item must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.

Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable.

All returns require return authorization.

Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.

SALES TAX ... We have offices located in both Massachusetts & California and by State law are required to collect the following tax:

• 6.25% sales tax to shipments destined to Massachusetts
• 8.75% sales tax to shipments destined to California
