The wall-mounted F-3000 has steadily evolved to meet your changing needs since it was first introduced in the early 1940?s. Today, this versatile and highly durable tool is actually several material cutters in one:

F3000 is shipped assembled and is ready to go on the wall and ready for use after blades are installed.

 

Minimal assembly and mounts easily to the wall to save space.
Patented design for breaking out plastic right on the machine.
Full length clamp for top-to-bottom, non-slip, mark free clamping.
Composite sleeve bearings reduce friction for accurate scoring and cutting.
Available in two cutting capacities - 48" (1.2m) and 60" (1.5m).

Triple-tool turret cuts glass, plastic and mat board . . . up to 1/4 inch (6mm) thick.  

 

The Fletcher F-3000 is shipped Motor Freight Only. There shouldn't be any problems...the unit is NEW but one must inspect at delivery...if there are problems with the unit being damaged in shipping, the item must be refused at time of delivery.

How do I square my machine?
The step-by-step procedure is outlined in the instruction manual and videos which are included with the machine. If questions remain, call customer service.
What size space do I need for mounting this machine?
For a 60? wall machine, you will need a wall space that is 92? from the floor and 72-3/4? across.
Which blade do I use to cut styrene lighting panels? Acrylic?
Use the mat blade (05-003) for styrene and the plastic blade (05-712) for acrylic.
How far does the machine sit from the wall?

Approximately 16".

 

The F-3000 does not cut bevels.  It is a wall mounted cutter designed to cut early materials to size i.e a 32" x 40" matboard into to 16" x 20", etc.  The F-2200 is the mat cutter for cutting your bevel openings in matboard.
