Strictly Security values its relationship with you, and offers you the option to return most products you purchase from Strictly Security. You may return eligible products for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees, as set forth in detail below.
7-Day Return Period for Certain Hardware and Software Products and Accessories: Unless you have a separate agreement with Strictly Security, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts, and media-based software that is unopened and still in its sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees. Any product returned to Strictly Security without prior authorization from Strictly Security will be considered an unauthorized return, and the customer will not receive a refund for the product and Strictly Security will not ship the product back to you.
Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Strictly Security error, Strictly Security will charge a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax (these fees will be deducted from the purchase price paid).
How to Return a Product: Before returning a product, you must first contact Strictly Security Customer Service and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Strictly Security will not accept returns without a RMA number. Please email us to request a RMA number. NOTE: You must ship the product to Strictly Security within 7 days of the date that the product is delivered to you, this means that we must receive the return no later than 7 days from the date you receive delivery. Any returns received beyond the 7 day return policy will be refused and returned to you, it is important that you contact us immediately after receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number to insure that we receive your return on time. Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Strictly Security for which you received a RMA number. Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation, and any other items that were included in your original shipment. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of your return, Strictly Security will issue a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy.
Note: Before you return the product to Strictly Security, make sure you have enclosed all the original parts, accessories, manuals, packaging materials and return in its original shipping carton. Please do not discard any of the original packing materials or the shipping carton if your merchandise is received damaged. The shipping carrier may request an inspection for insurance claims purposes.
