This auction is for ASHLEY by Christiane Originals - a very rare (#1 of only 5 worldwide) resin doll. As you can see from the photos, she is beautifully made and costumed with an almost luminous quality to her. She is 22 inches tall and can be posed standing or sitting. As you can see, she is partially made out of wood and has ball joints that allow her legs to be posed. I am her original owner. There is a signature on the back of her neck as you can see in the photo, she did not come with a COA other than that. Most small edition dolls such as this do not come in labeled boxes and Ashley is no different - there is no "box" that accompanies her - but I will wrap and ship her very carefully. She has not been broken or repaired in any way, merely carefully displayed in my smoke-free home, so she is pretty much as good as new. However, new she retailed at $1795, and I am offering her for just under $680. What a great gift for the doll collector in your life and you can be almost certain that she doesn't already have it! I am selling all of my porcelain artist dolls and most of my vinyl artist dolls which will include Himstedt, Zwergnase, Ilse Wippler Sigikid and also a few Gotz, Treffeisen, Hartmann, tons of others, all at rock bottom fire sale prices so if you like dolls and bargains, bookmark my auctions and check back frequently. I will consider a layaway if you have good feedback or references and make an immediate non-refundable 30% deposit.
