HELPFUL TIP!
If you are unsure of how to measure your pet, or if your pet refuses to disclose its' weight, you might want to try the following;
Get a large piece of cardboard and cut an opening the size of the flap.
See if your pet is able to get through this opening.

If the 1 1/4" rise is too short, a custom rise is available for an additional $50.

 Pet patio doors are always shipped by the factory by FedEx (not UPS) to the lower states only. Email me for shipping prices to Alaska or Hawaii.  .

Insurance is included in the price on items that are shipped by FedEx.
