Best of all, all of our items are shipped from Los Angeles California, so you won't have to wait for a month for the item (usually takes 3--4 days to arrive).

Seller Policies:

Payment: all payment must be received within 10 days of auction closing. Absolutely no exceptions.

Combine shipping: I will combine shipping to save you money. After purchasing, please allow me to send you an invoice for combined shipping to take effect.

Insurance: All our domestic items are shipped via DHL with insurance valued up to $100. It does not cost you any extra. For shipping damages, we will work with you to claim insurance from DHL.

Limited Liability: We inspect all our items before shipping them out. While not often, defects and shipping damages do happen from time to time. So what we are liable for: damages due to mishandling (i.e. not packing correctly, cuts and tears during storage). What we are not liable for: shipping damages (for that you should claim insurance. See above.), manufacturing flaws (It is known that both Takara and Hasbro make mistakes in their products. However since we are not endorsed for their mistakes, we simply cannot afford to cover for such. We apologize.)

Return and Exchange: We will exchange defective but unopened items for which we are liable for. But do not ask for  exchange after you open it! All sales are final. No refund will be granted.
