Shipping and handling:

    Shipping and handling charges reflect the costs of packaging materials, postage, handling, etc. Please consider the total price including shipping before purchase.  Combined shipping for items from multiple listings will be calculated as follows: The heaviest item (most expensive shipping) will be considered your 1st item, all additional items will be charged at the "additional item" price as displayed per listing. If you've purchased multiple items from different listings we may be able to offer a further reduced shipping price but only if you contact us. Sometimes shipping tallies for multiple items will exceed the actual charges, and this may be due to pricing strategies and/or mistakes in setting up shipping (this is infrequent and usually happens only in very new listings.    We will ship internationally, and our default service is First Class International through USPS. There is no tracking available with this service. Tracking is available with USPS Express Mail International (EMI), with rates starting at $19.75; or other more expensive USPS shipping options, and if you need to track your package, contact us first and we will send you a revised invoice reflecting this change in shipping. In some situations USPS First Class packages have taken as long as three weeks to a month to arrive, so if you do make a purchase please consider this. Canadian customs has been delaying some packages up to 4-5 weeks!

If you have not heard from us within 24 hrs. it's probably because our emails are being blocked, as we are very consistent with our correspondence.  We have had a lot of emails returned from both Yahoomail and Hotmail so be forewarned. And again, please allow up to 5 business days from the expected shipping date before inquiring about your purchase, and please include your information (ebay username, item number, etc.) in any such inquiries.

 
Feedback:

    Our feedback system is set up to automatically post positive feedback upon confirmed and cleared payment. We are always available and willing to resolve legitimate issues amicably, and our stellar feedback rating proves that. If you decide to post a neutral or negative feedback for us without contacting us first, you will be blocked from any further purchases. All threats of negative feedback will be met with permanent blocking from further purchases. We don't have the patience or demeanor to put up with feedback extortion or rudeness/hostility/snarkyness from anyone. And since ebay has decided to stick it to the sellers by no longer allowing us to post anything but positive feedback, our only recourse is to make sure that buyers who leave negative or neutral feedback have to go somewhere else next time for their cooling needs.

Returns/Exchanges

    Defective or incorrectly sent merchandise will be replaced at no cost to you. If you order the wrong item, upon receipt of the item, we will refund you minus actual shipping costs, no restocking fee will be charged. Three NPB’S usually results in suspension, so please be certain you can pay for an item in a timely manner before you bid. We normally have a large inventory of every item listed so there's no need to feel you have to  use "buy it now" on something because you think we might run out.
