Chinese Puzzle Ball - Hong Kong Ivory - 8 Layers

Incredibly beautiful and intricate Chinese Puzzle Ball. It has 8 seperate and freely moving layers, each within the other. A fascinating and incredible piece of artistry and workmanship. Alot of work goes into these detailed designs. It comes on it's own teak display stand and is available in different size balls from 6 layers to 18 layers. Puzzle balls with 8, 10 & 12 layers have Dragons only on them. Puzzle balls with 16 and 18 layers have both dragons and Phoenix birds on them (16 layer 3 Dragons & 3 Phoenix; 18 layer 4 Dragons & 3 Phoenix)

"Hong Kong Ivory" - What is it? Where does it come from? Is it Real Ivory?

• Sometimes called "Synthetic Ivory" or "Mandarin Ivory" it does not come from elephants, and therefore is perfectly legal to own and sell. It also does not harm any animals or endangered species.
• Ox bone is the most used substance, ground into a fine powder and mixed in with synthetic resins specially formulated to give the look, feel and weight of real ivory.
• The basic shapes of the finished products are then cast, hand carved to the final design, and then hand painted so each piece is a hand carved unique product.
• Not only does this process protect all endangered animals from harm, but results in a beautiful work of art at very affordable prices.

Shipping Cost:

Item could take about 1 to 3 business days before shipping, and about 1 to 4 weeks for receiving to your location, depending of the carrier.

To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the availability of the item(s) you ordered and the shipping option you selected. We use the following calculation:

Available-to-Ship Time + Delivery Method Ship Time = Total Delivery Time

Example: An item that is usually ship in 1 to 2 days and is sent via Standard Ground Delivery (3 to 6 days) will arrive in 5 to 9 business days.

Any insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer and must be paid upon checkout.

Returns:

We do not specialize in any one type of item. We photograph every item individually and do our best to research and describe each item accurately. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for minor description errors. Please understand that you are purchasing the exact item that is photographed and that all items are sold on an AS-IS basis. In extreme cases when we do feel that a return is necessary, we will refund the item but not the return shipping costs and restocking of 10% will apply in some cases.

We currently accept Paypal. Payment is required within seven days of the end of an auction. E-checks will usually takes from 5 to 10 days to clear. You may also use your credit card with PayPal

Items leaving by UPS Shipping will be insured up to $100.00 if your item is value more than that you will need to purchase extra insurance.
