This is the classic original version of this product which Nikon produced for decades. It was finally discontinued a number of years to a chorus of howls from its very loyal following. The current "II" versions are not as highly regarded by its historic fans who claim that the originals really were better.  For some unknown reason, Nikon never issued a version "II" of much sought after 7X35E.

This is one of the very last (to our knowledge) "BRAND NEW" NIKON USA warranteed examples of the original 7X35E, "THE ORIGINAL BIRDWATCHER".

It is supplied with a handwritten receipt from the original Authorized Nikon Dealer of record with Nikon USA and Nikon USA papers so the supplied 25 year Warranty should be in full force.
