 Vintage Tie Bar Clip

Tie Bar clip is 1.75" long, no inscription I can see, but the back side has the plaid imprint, so the art deco continues on the otherside.  There a large green stone that looks like JADE, I don't know that it is, or isn't.  We purchased in a bundle auction.  Clips to anything.  Used condition but great acceptable wearable condition.
