* Israel Air  Mail  - Delivery time is 7-14 days from date of shipping.
It is regular Air Post and most orders are be sent that way.
* Registered Air Mail-We are shipping most of our orders by Registered Air Mail,in order to have the Tracking Number , as For each Registered Mail we are sending,we are receiving from the Postal Office authorities a sign receipt with a ref. mail number.In case of lost package we will apply the Postal Office Authorities for details and check up.
* EMS - Air Express - Delivery time is 3-5 days from date of shipping.
We send orders via EMS upon a customer request (for an additional fee of $25).

Please note that we ship from Israel to overseas and delays might occur - we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding

Return Policy:

- You may return an item sold within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (not including postage).
- You may exchange an item for a bigger or smaller size. In such a case the shipping cost for the returned goods will be covered by the customer.
- In case you received a damaged or defective item - you may return it for a replacement.Shipping in this case is on us.
- In case you received a wrong item - ship it back and we will replace it for you. Shipping is on us.
