SHIPPING INFORMATION

Your item will be shipped out using a Freight Company and will be shipped to the nearest Freight location for you to pick up. If you need a home delivery please add and extra $69.00 to the shipping charge. If this is what you want, please be sure that at time of delivery you have someone who can help you get your unit off the FedEx truck. If not, a lift gate charge of $72.00 will be charged to you. We advise to just pick the unit up from the FedEx location. Please note that the email address alsurplus@gmail.com will be the address from which your tracking number will be provided from for freight deliveries and www.fedex.com for ground shipments.

We do require a phone number for all items so our carrier can contact you when your item arrives to your location. Please look over your unit upon arrival to make sure of no shipping damage. Do not sign for the unit if there is shipping damage. We will be sure to take care of all issues if you follow this statement. All of our Canadian shipments require a phone number as well. Please make sure you include the correct shipping address when you pay, to make a change after the item has shipped will cost money. This is not our policy; this is our shipper’s policy. We do not ship during the weekend and during major Holidays.

If you need shipment to Canada, please contact us, please read the last paragraph of this listing to understand what fees you will have to pay.

Failure to report any damage before signing for the unit, will result in our company being unable to refund any money to the customer.

We expect to receive payment within 10 days from the end of the auction and thank you in advance for your prompt payment. Please note that Sales Tax of 10% in the state of Alabama.

Local Pickups

Please contact us at   205-588-6154  205-588-6154   to schedule a pickup. Our hours of service are from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. There will be a $30 handling charge due at the time of pickup. If you do pick up from our warehouse, you will be charged Alabama state tax of 8%, even if you are from out of state.

To Our Canadian Customers

It is important for you to Contact us before purchasing any of our items online. The prices for shipping will be different for you than a US shipment. If the unit is going to be shipped out using a Freight Company, a brokerage fee and duties and taxes will be under your responsibility. If you are getting a unit via Ground, you will be responsible for paying us the duties and taxes and the extra shipping before the unit goes out.
