Delivery:

This item ships Small Parcel, which means it will be delivered by UPS or USPS. Several shipping upgrade options are available at an additional charge; you may select your shipping upgrade during checkout if desired.

We do not require adult signatures for deliveries. If you want an item left at your doorstep, leave a signed note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.

Sales tax of 6.5% will be charged on any orders shipped to a Florida address, even if it is for export.

Shipping

Please note that we will ship your product to the address on file in your eBay account.

Your product should leave the warehouse within the time specified in this listing. These are estimated shipping times and not guarantees. Most products will ship within that time but we will notify you via e-mail if we become aware of any delays or changes in inventory status.

We will send a tracking number to the e-mail address on file with your eBay account when we have confirmed your order has left the warehouse. 

Your product will ship via the method specified in this listing (Ground, Truck Freight,  etc.). Each shipping method has its own standard for time in transit, delivery to your home or business, etc. On the chance that your order is delayed, we will provide you with an updated shipping estimate via email.

*Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States only. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is available on select products for an extra charge, so please contact us for shipping rates to those locales. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.  

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.

If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 30 days of receiving it. Just email us via the auction site to receive the order receipt you will use to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be in their original package and must be brand new unused.

If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse and you will be charged the 10% restocking fee which is charged to us by eBay. You will be refunded the purchase price less our actual outbound shipping cost and the 10% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time generally takes 10 days.

In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please email us and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within 5 working days of being ordered.

• UNTIL YOU HAVE LET THE UNIT STAND UPRIGHT FOR 3 HOURS
  

• AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED FULL WATER BOTTLE ON DISPENSER AND WAITED FOR WATER TO FLOW OUT OF DISPENSING TUBES, ENSURING WATER HAS FILLED THE HOT WATER   RESERVOIR.

• BE SURE TO USE ONLY WATER BOTTLES WITH THE 'NO SPILL" CAPS TO PREVENT OVERFLOW.

• THESE ARE THE CAPS THAT STAY ON THE BOTTLE AND HAVE THE REMOVABLE DECAL SEAL ON THE TOP CENTER THAT EXPOSES THE PINKY SIZED HOLE FOR THE DISPENSER PLUNGER TO ENTER AND DISPENSE WATER. YOU CAN EVEN REMOVE THE 1/2 FULL BOTTLE WITH THIS TYPE OF CAP AND IT WILL SEAL ITSELF AS YOU REMOVE IT.
