Payment

We accept paypal only.  eBay revised the unpaid dispute policy recently to help sellers to move their inventory quicker.  Please pay within 4 days after the auction is ended, or an unpaid case will be opened.  The buyer has another 4 days from the time the case is opened to pay.  If the buyer does not pay within 4 days after the case is opened, an unpaid item may be recorded on the buyer’s account. 

Return Policy
All sales are final.

(a) Unless the item received you received is damaged or defective; or it is significantly different from the description; or an error occurred on our part related to the purchase.

(b) The questioned item has to be returned in order to get a refund or exchange.

(c) No shipping reimbursement is to be offered for sending back the item.

(d) S&H charges for the initial purchase are not refundable.

 

Please kindly understand that we cannot afford to offer free return like those big on-line stores do; also we won’t refund the S&H for the initial purchase.  If you do know other sellers that offer free return and refund the initial S&H, please shop with them.
