SHIPPING INFORMATION Your item will be shipped out using FedEx Ground. Please note that your tracking number will be provided from www.fedex.com for ground shipments. Do not sign for the unit if there is shipping damage. We will be sure to take care of all issues if you follow this statement. All of our Canadian shipments require a phone number as well. Local Pickups Please contact us at 205-588-6154 to schedule a pickup. Our hours of service are from 10:00am-4:00pm Monday-Friday. There will be a $30 handling charge due at the time of pickup.
