Your bid is a contract. Payment is expected within 7 days. 

Shipping: All items ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment, exept for "Get it Fast" items, which will ship the business day after payment is received. You can't choose express shipping at checkout, so if you need your item shipped through Express Mail, please notify us after your auction and we will send you an invoice with the Express shipping amount on it.

Following is the shipping cost for all our Jellycat "Tot" size animals:

Combined Shipping: Whenever we can, we will be happy to combine shipping on multiple items even if they are a completely different type of item.  The charge will be for the item with the most expensive shipping and then the additional item price for the other auction or auctions. We have a complete chart on our eBay Store in the Shipping & Handling Details section if you want to know what the additional item charge is for each type of item that we sell. You can also check the individual listings for the details for that item. If your order is too large for us to ship through the US Post Office, we will ship through UPS instead. If this is the case, your shipping price will stay the same, however we will not be able to ship to a PO box. Your items should arrive in approximately the same amount of time.

Insurance: Insurance is available at checkout. Please note that although insurance is not required you should consider insuring your purchases, as we are not responsible for item lost or damaged during transit.

Returns:  If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for exchange only within 7 business days of receipt by you. We will process your exchange when your purchase is returned in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if not in original condition or has not been received in safe packaging.

If your product is defective, you may return it for exchange or full refund.* Your purchase must be returned within 7 business days of receipt by you.

*Shipping fees are generally not refunded.
