Beautiful 1920's Black Satin Evening Shoes

These shoes are fabulous!!!!

Up for auction is the wonderful pair of 1920's black satin shoes.  The shoes have a Louis style heel and each shoe has two button closure straps.  The left shoe has the maker name which was Continental, and the right shoe bares the store name that they were purchased in which was Biro - Detroit.  The shoes are very gently worn, as you will see from the images, and are in impecible condition for their age.

The shoes are not sized.  I am not going to remove the insole to measure it, but the measurements from the bottom sole of the shoes are as follows:

Length:  Roughly 12 inches

Width:  3 inches at the widest width point

Heel Height:  2 inches measured from the inside of the heel

The material of the shoes and the buttons are in wonderful condition with no signs of defects.  The leather soles and the heel taps show minimal signs of wear.
