A reserve price is the minimum price the seller will accept. This price is hidden from bidders. To win, a bidder must have the highest bid and have met or exceeded the reserve price.
This auction is for a Briggs
and Stratton Model FB block and MANY FB parts. There
are no cracks, breaks, welds, or broken fins. The cam gear and cam
lever, (it is inside the block) are included in this auction. The small brass
oil drain tube and pto bushing are in excellent condition. There does not look
to be any wear on any surfaces, etc... NOS? But something this old has to be
listed as "used". I will have this packed with a special thermal foam
packing that is extremely effective for shipping fragile objects like cast iron.
This is rather expensive shipping, (extra $50.00) but I will pay it, (not you) and
insure it rather then take any risks. The Buyer pays shipping. Weight will be
about 25 pounds. Feel free to ask questions or request pictures. I am selling
this to fund other engine restoration projects I have going on so my loss will
be your gain!
11/5/2009 - I have added a few more parts to this auction. A base, a piston, a crankshaft and hub, and an oil pump, (not shown).
I take any kind of payment but it must clear
first before I can ship!
