Fab Antique Beaver Skin Top Hat Morrey London Near Mint

I believe this top hat to be from the very late 1800s to the early 1900s.  The hat is in impecible condition for its age.  The only noted issue is that the cloth band around the edge has faded over the years.  This is visible in the images.  The beaver skin on the hat is near mint.  The hat is about 6.5 inches in height.  The box indicates the hat to be a size 7-7 1/8.  I measured the inside at it is about 22 inches.  I have the original box which I will send with the hat.  The box is in good condition, but it is starting to come apart at the seams.  The hat was made by Morrey, London.
