This is a DXG 5.1 digital camera with manual, USB cable, and case. I don't have the CD for it but you can download it free on the internet. It is a nice unit .

 

 It has 5.1  Megapixels so no matter if you're viewing photos on-screen, getting prints in postcard format for your albums or in poster size for your walls, the photos come out great every time. The 3x zoom lens gives you the flexibility needed to capture outstanding shots even when shooting from afar. The results can be checked and easily shown around to groups of friends on the big 2.0 " LCD.
