SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Take shipping & handling fees into account with your bid. Handling fees are used to pay our workers, and packing materials. Shipping & Handling fees are not negotiable. But rather figure that into your bid.

Unless item is listed for local pickup (there is a $5.00 local pickup fee per pickup), in most cases, all items are shipped using UPS Ground for larger packages and USPS for smaller ones. UPS will not ship to P.O. Box, please provide a physical address. Once item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number from Paypal.

Insurance is optional and highly recommended on all products, especially those over $100. Insurance will be required in cases of fragile items, namely electronics, ceramics, glass, and fine china etc. at seller’s discretion. There are no exceptions.

Shipping address requirement: Your shipping address must match your credit card billing address or PayPal confirmed address. For your protection, we are unable to ship to alternate addresses. We are also unable to change the address after payment. Sorry, no exceptions.

Usually merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

Combined Shipping: Combined shipping rates are available, but quotes are determined by the product’s weight and packaging needed for safe transport.

Pick up: Local pick up is available in Chicago area; Local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax + $5.00 handling fee if winning bidder is registered in the state of Illinois.

Returns: Customer service and satisfaction is important to our company. 1st Choice provides excellent and accurate service for listed items so bidders can buy with confidence. Returns are accepted if the item was not as described in auction. No return for sold as is items. If description was inaccurate, you must initiate return within 72 hours upon receiving the item. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Returned non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fees. S & H fees are not refundable for non-defective items.
