We would appreciate payment within 5 business days of your purchase. PayPal is the only form of payment that KiddieKute accepts.  If there is a problem, please email us so that it can be resolved. If I do not hear from you and payment is not received promptly, we will file a non-payment report with eBay.

Shipping

• We ship within two business days after receiving your payment. We calculate the weight before listing and add a small handling charge to cover shipping supplies. Kiddiekute uses new light weight quality shipping supplies. Clothing is double protected from weather. If the amount you pay is more than the actual cost, we will issue a refund for the difference through PayPal. We do not include hangers to save on shipping costs.
• KiddieKute will combine orders when you purchase two or more items at the same time.  Please wait to pay until we send an invoice with the new shipping total. When multiple items are won by a buyer, we need to package them together and then reweigh for the exact shipping charge.
• To avoid surprises - Always check shipping costs before buying an item.  
• For any shipping promotion or combined orders the method of shipping is at the discretion of KiddieKute.  
• USA - We usually ship USPS first class or priority mail. You will be notified via email when your item is shipped. Domestic first class has a maximum weight limit of 13 ounces. Bigger items or combined orders may be shipped USPS Parcel Post or UPS.
• International Orders – KiddieKute offers USPS International First Class and Priority Mail. If available, we will purchase insurance. This is included in the handling fee. If we cannot purchase insurance, we will purchase a Certificate of Mailing for your assurance that the item is sent. Please check the eBay shipping center or email us if you have questions.
  • USPS Priority International gets there much faster and usually comes with insurance & tracking.   
  • USPS International First Class can take over 2 weeks to get there and does not come with tracking. International First Class has a maximum weight limit of 4 pounds to most countries. Please consider this when combining orders. Combined orders over 4 pounds will have to be mailed International Priority.

Returns

We are very easy to deal with and our goal is to make sure that everybody is happy with the transaction. If there is a problem - email us. If you feel that an item was misrepresented, please contact us so we can work something out. We list each item with as much detail as possible, but mistakes are made at times. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If we issue a refund, the item must be returned in the original condition with any tags still attached. Shipping and handling charge to return an item are not refundable. We will refund the original shipping charge to the buyer once we receive the item in acceptable condition.
