For larger/heavy/oversized we will ship using the most advantagous method for the buyer...this may take longer than usual.
Overseas Shipments: Items under 22 pounds will be shipped via First Class International Parcel Post (7-10 day delivvery); for larger/heavy/oversized items will be shippied USPS Economy Surface Delivery - this takes a long time but is much cheaper the express; if you are an overseas buyer and want express service - be advised that it is extremely expensive.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We do not except returns on items; clothing & apparel and/or shoes unless we have misrepresented the item in the listing…SO, KNOW YOUR SIZE! Furthermore, clothing apparel & shoes must have tags in place (if listed as such); and must show no signs of wear. If an item is returned, due to misrepresentation, We will pay all return shipping fees; US Parcel Post only. Upon receipt and inspection of item, We will return all fees (Winning Bid & All Shipping Fees) thru PayPal.
We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of auction end to issue a refund. Item(s) must be in it's original package.
We cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, wrinkled or soiled. Items that are special ordered are not returnable. Health department regulations do not permit us to accept clothing, shoes, linens, bedding, etc.. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back customer at there expense.
After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount. We do not accept COD returns of any kind.
