The boat can be damaged by contact or collision with a fixed object. The product warranty does not cover accident or collision damage. - We offer a 3 days DOA (Dead on arrival) warranty for defective items. Warranty will be voided by use, abuse or modifying of the item, RC Planes are very sensitive toys, it wouldn't be fair to us if you crash it and ask us for refund or exchange.

- Defective items can be return for exchange only.

- Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable and non negotiable.

- No Return or Exchange after 3 days of receiving item will be honored.
