Novelty Cap: "THIS IS THE EARLIEST I HAVE BEEN LATE"
Attained from a client whom owns a Storage Facility, this
comes from a defaulted storage unit.

Black, Adjustable Cap.
I believe this was part of a collection of hats that were in this
unit, as we had several dozen of them in a box.
We have many listings that are Free Shipping, if this is such a
listing, then the following will apply: Free Shipping Listings
are designed for the shipping to the 48 states. If this item is shipped
to zone 8 with USPS mail, then we will ship it to all destinations
which receive USPS Mail delivery. However for most items over 2 or
3 pounds, we will use Ground Carriers for the delivery and therefore
can not ship out of the 48 states for free. We will be glad to still
ship to you using the USPS, but you will be responsible for the cost of
the additional shipping, between zone 8 Ground Carrier and the USPS
cost. Any questions, please feel free to contact us.
We do not use a TOS, as all we expect from our customers is communications. If you have questions or concerns, please communicate those with us.
