Combined Shipping:
- All items must be paid for with one payment for combined shipping. Our checkout system will combine all purchases made within 7 days of your first item won.
- Combined Shipping Rates are based on the total size and weight of the order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We only ship eBay purchases to the following countries:
- Australia, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Japan and the United Kingdom.
- Some items may be too large for rate calculation through the eBay Shipping Calculator below. If your country is not in the drop-down list below, then we cannot ship this item to you.
- The receiver is responsible for paying all customs/import/GST taxes at the time of delivery. For insurance purposes, the full order subtotal (before shipping charge) must be the Declared Value of the package. We will not mark any package as a 'Gift'.
- CANADIAN ORDERS: The UPS 'Standard to Canada' shipping option is only recommended for orders up to CAD$200 in merchandise value. Above CAD$200, you will be charged a brokerage fee by UPS that varies from 40-60% of the order total in addition to the GST/import tax. Exchange rates change daily and the date the package crosses the border determines the exchange rate used. If your order is above USD$150, we do not recommend using the UPS Standard shipping option.
At the discretion of Honda East Toledo, unauthorized returns and undeliverable packages may be 1) Abandoned and not refunded at all; or 2) Processed and refunded less all shipping charges and a 40% processing fee.
Incorrect Shipments:
If we mistakenly ship an incorrect item to you, we must be notified withing 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a correct fit before bidding or buying. If you are unsure that this item will fit you or your machine, please contact us before placing a bid.

Damaged Shipments:
Damaged shipments MUST be reported to the Shipping Carrier at the time of Delivery. Also, Damaged or Defective items MUST be reported IMMEDIATELY to Honda East Toledo. Send an email to Returns@HondaEastToledo.com to report Damaged or Defective Items. Please include your eBay Item Number and contact information. Be sure to retain all packaging - the Shipping Carrier may require an inspection during an insurance claim.
Refunds or re-shipments cannot be issued until the insurance claim is approved by the Shipping Carrier. UPS claims are usually processed within 15 business days. USPS CLAIMS MAY TAKE 120+ DAYS TO PROCESS.
Delivery Commitment
We make every effort to ensure that all items listed in our store have the Availability accurately noted. However, we may find that one of more of the items you order are not readily available. If this happens, we will do our best to find the item(s) as quickly as possible for you and communicate with you via email.
Please ensure that the email address you give us during checkout, or the email address you have registered with eBay (if you've purchased through our eBay store), is checked regularly and that '@hondaeasttoledo.com' is on your domain white-list for any spam-blocking software, folders or filters.
All orders are shipped with insurance.
Fulfillment Of Your Order
We will first try to fill all orders from the 200,000+ items we have in stock at our dealership. If an item is not available in our dealership, we will check with our off-site warehousing partners and, if in stock, we will order the item from them. If an item is not available either at our dealership or at our warehouses, we will order the item from its original supplier/manufacturer.
Processing begins on the business day following payment receipt - excluding weekends and holidays. Therefore, orders paid on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not begin processing until the following Monday. We observe the following US Holidays:
New Years Day (January 1), Memorial Day (Late May), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Early September), Thanksgiving Day (Late November) and Christmas Day (December 25).
Orders are processed in the order that they are received and expedited processing is not available when purchasing online. If you have an immediate need, please do not purchase online.
