Overall Condition: These games are used and are not new, all have been tested and all 100% work perfectly. The condition varies from game to game, some may have scratches and some may not. All games have been tested and work with no problems, if however a game does not work properly in your system we offer no hassle refunds if the item is returned, but all games should work since we have made sure they are in 100% working condition before shipping them to you.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS Media Mail: This is the cheapest method and will save you on shipping costs, usually your order will arrive in a few days using Media Mail, but it may take a bit longer in some cases. Using the Media Mail option can take anywhere between 3 - 21 days to arrive depening on your local post office.
 
USPS Priority Mail: This method is a little more costly, but your order will arrive in 2 - 3 days. If you need your order sooner rather than later, please choose Priority Mail.

SHIPPING
All shipping is done via USPS, I ship within 24 business hours after receiving payment Monday thru Friday. You can combine multiple auction winnings for shipping discounts. Some items contain a small handling and packaging fee that is already included in the shipping price. Insurance is via stamps.com, which offers online Insurance for USPS shipments. We only ship within the U.S.A. 

RETURNS
We offer hassle free returns and exchanges. We only issue refunds if the item you received is not as it was described and pictured, and you may return the item at your expense for a refund of the purchase price (shipping not refundable). All pictures are original and of the actual item, please look it over carefully. No returns if the item is being sold "as is". Buyer must send email stating problem, within 48 hours of receiving item to be eligible for a refund (all packages have confirmation/tracking number), any emails received after the 48 hour period will be inelgible for a refund.
We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages during the shipping process - insurance is encouraged, but optional for most items at buyers expense. Items will be packaged well.

PAYMENT
We only accept PayPal! Payment must be received within 10 days of auction ending, or the item will be relisted. Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay, and negative feedback will be left.
