No, it will fit the new 15.4" Aluminum Unibody MacBook Pro(black key) only due to thickness difference.
2) Will this hard shell case leave mark on my MacBook Pro or scratch my MacBook Pro?
No, it will absolutely NOT leave mark on or scratch your MacBook Pro.
As the top cover has no open cut, the dirt will NOT get between the top cover and your MacBook Pro top panel easily.
However, you may still need to take the top cover off and use a soft cloth to wipe off the dirt on the screen and top panel of your MacBook once every month.
Please note there are other overseas sellers(like from Hong Kong) who are selling a type of MacBook Pro hard case(sample shown in the following picture) with cut-out Apple logo which infringes the Apple trademark logo and let dirts accumulate between the top cover and MacBook top panel easily and scratch your MacBook.

USAGE:
To put on the case:
1) Shutdown your MacBook Pro and keep your MacBook Pro half open.
2) Place MacBook Pro in bottom half of case, snap on the corners and back 'hooks'.
3) Place top half of the case on top of MacBook Pro, snap on corners side by side.
To remove the case:
1) Pull the small tabs away from the MacBook Pro corners to remove the case.
2) Open the MacBook Pro and pull off the front corners first , then pop off the back.
