ITEM CONDITION?

·         This item is brand new, in mint condition, in undamaged factory sealed packaging.

IS TRACKING INCLUDED?

·         Yes, a tracking number from USPS is included with all items shipped.

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

·         The next day by 12:00 p.m.  If you have questions or instructions, please send it through eBay’s Message System.  The button is located under the Seller Info “Ask a Question.”  That way I know which buyer you are and to which item you are referring.  I routinely check my messages before shipping.

DO YOU COMBINE SHIP?

·         Yes, I combine ship multiple items to the same address.

COMMUNICATION

·         I generally respond to e-mails twice a day.  Please allow 24-36 hours for an e-mail response, especially if I have to research your question.

·         I will accept returns for any reason, even if you simply change your mind.

·         Item must be returned, unopened, within 14 days of receipt.

·         Buyer pays return postage unless item is defective.

·         If USPS damages the item, return it to me and I will replace it or refund your money if there are no more in stock. 

·         Returns must be returned via USPS, parcel post.
